u . The work deals, according to Urdhvamnyaya, with the nyasa worship of six kinds viz., prapanca, hhuvang, murti,
mantra, daivata, and matrka. After its last colophon on fol.. 8', there follow verses which run up to the end ot fol. 80 and have the colophon इति उत्तरषोढान्यासः। But really speaking these verses deal with mahaşodhanyäsa itself. Hence, there is no separate work bearing the title of

अस्य श्री महाषोढान्यासस्य परब्रह्म ऋषिः ॥ जगती छदः ॥ शिवशक्यात्मस्वरूपी सदाशिवो देवता । मम सर्वसिद्धिसाधनार्थे न्यासे विनियोगः ॥ इति ऋष्यादिकं स्मृत्वा ॥ मूर्ध्नि वने हृदि च प्रणवादिनमोता.
न्यसेत् ॥ ततः इ ह्यां हृत् । इहीं शिरः इह्यं शिखा । इह्ये कवचं ॥ इह्यो ... नेत्र ॥ इह्यः अस्त्राय फट् ॥ ध्यान॥ .. पंचवक्त्रं चतुर्बाहुँ ॥ सर्वाभरणभूषितं ।
