1891-95. Size.- 9 in. by si in. Extent.- 5 leaves ; 15 lines to a page ; 13 letters to a line. Description.-Country paper; Devanāgari Characters; handwriting
legible ; the ms. is written on one side of the paper, the other side of which perhaps formed the account book of some-body. On this reverse side are written accounts (there is also the date November 1882) over which some one has scribbled जय काली in modi script.
It deals with the worship of Durgå. It enables one to accomplish one's desires. It should not be named as
Devisakta only. Age.-- About 1882 A. D. Author.- Anonymous. Begins.- fol. 1.
श्रीकाली श्रीगणेशो जयति ॥ ॐ अस्य श्रीदेवीसूक्तमालामंत्रस्य मार्कंडेयरमेधा ऋषिः श्रीत्रयीरूपिणी महाकाली महालक्ष्मी महासरस्वती देवता ।। गायत्र्यादीनि छंदांसि ॥ विजयादि षट्कबीजं प्रणववाग्भवशक्तिः रमाकामबीजानि प्राणाः जय जय इति कीलकं ॥ मम सकलकामनासिद्ध्यर्थे देवीसूक्तमालामंत्रजपे
विनियोगः ॥ डों ऐं अं० ॥ तो द्रीं श्रीं त• ॥ etc. Ends.-fol.5..
मनसा चिंतितं देवि सिद्धयेदष्टोत्तराछतात् ॥ सहस्रावर्तनालक्ष्मीरावृणोति स्वयं स्थितं ॥ १२॥ भुक्त्वा मनोरथान सर्वानरो मोक्षमवामुयात् ॥ १३ ॥
