आत्मपठनार्थ लेखकपाठकयोः शुभं भूयात् ।। A pupil of the line of Kakkasūri of Upakeśagachchha, named Dhanasāra, had the manuscript written at Asalakoța for his study.

काण्वशाख निषादस्य स्वरशाखा क्रमादमूः ॥ Ends : संगीतांबुधिमंदरीकृतनिजप्ररिभिज्ञैर्जगद्रक्षायोद्ध तकार्मुकस्य धवलं सन्नाहमामुञ्चता ॥

Composed by a set of Pandits under orders of Malik Sārka(?) Sultan Shah. Written by Vega Rāya Kāyastha of the Gauda family at the instance of King Kharag Singha Deva.
