ज्येष्टं जिनं प्रणम्यादावकलंक कलध्वानं । श्रीविद्यानंदिनं ज्येष्टं जिनव्रतमथोच्यते ॥ १॥ Mere श्रोणिक राजा । गिरिं विपुलमास्थितं । सिद्धार्थनंदन गौतमं प्रत्यवकू प्रभुं ।। २ ।। etc.

पुत्रस्य लक्ष्मण इति प्रणतीर्गुरूणां । कुर्वश्वास्ति विदुषां धुरि वर्णनीयः । अभ्यर्थ्य कारितमिदं श्रुतसागराख्य- । माख्यानकं चिरतरं शुभदं समस्तु ॥ ८० ॥ इति प्रचंडपंडिताप्रणीसूरि श्रीसुतसागर विरचितं ज्येष्ट जिनवरव्रतोपाख्यानं समाप्तं ॥ ॥

Description – Country paper thick, rough, tough and white; Jaina Devanagari characters; big, thoroughly legible, uniform and very beautiful hand-writing; borders ruled in three lines and edges in one, in red ink ; numbers for the verses, their dandas, some words and puspikās etc. written in red ink; white paste used; foll. numbered in both the margins; in the left-hand margins the title is written as || महा० ॥ ; fol. 10 blank ; so is the fol. 478a; fol. 1b coloured yellow and the whole matter written on it in black ink; condition excellent; complete; 37 paricchedas in all, in old Apabhramśa language.
