A 1883-84 Size — 12} in. by 54 in. Extent – 118 folios ; 11 lines to a page; 40 letters to a line. Description - Country paper thick, smooth, tough and white ; Jaina
Devanāgari characters; big, perfectly legible, uniform and very good hand-writing ; borders ruled in two lines and edges in one in red ink; numbers for the verses, their daşdas and puspikās written in red ink; foll. numbered in both the margins; some letters blurred on fol. 796, as they were not required; white and yellow pigments used for corrections; in the left-hand margins, the title is variously written e. g. वर्ध० पुराण, व्र० मा० पु. and वृ० मा० पुo; fol. 1a blank; condition excellent except that edges of last few foll. are slightly worn out; complete ; 19 Adhikāras in all; a line is written in a later and different hand.
