Description - Country paper rough and white; Devanagari characters; big, legible and good handwriting; borders ruled in three lines in red ink; an extra blank fol. in the beginning; red chalk used; white paste, too; the MS. seems to be exposed to rain ; fol. 120 also numbered as 121, hence the following being marked as 122, 123 etc; the fol. 313th repeated, so are the foll. 318 and 319; complete ; an extra blank fol. in the beginning; foll. 1a and 397b blank; condition very fair letters illegible in some cases.

संवत् १६३२ वर्षे मार्ग० सुदि ११ एकादशीतिथौ रविवासरे 'उत्तराभाद्रपद नक्षत्रे श्री ' मूल 'संघे ( etc. the set formula) श्रीकुंदकुंदाचार्यान्वये भ० श्रीपद्मनंदिदेवास्तत्पढे भ० श्रीशुभचंद्र० त० भ० श्रीजिन० त० भ० श्रीप्रभा० तच्छिष्यमं० श्रीधर्म० त० मं० श्रीललितकीर्तिदेवास्त० मं० श्रीचंद्रकी० तदाम्नाये ' खंडेलवाला 'न्वये श्रीपार्श्वनाथ जिन चैत्यालये 'मालपुरा 'वास्तव्ये समस्त श्राविकाभिः ज्ञानकल्याणकार्य लिषाप्य मं० श्रीचंद्रकीर्त्तिस्ताच्छिष्य ब्रह्मदासायदत्तं ॥ ज्ञानवान् ज्ञानदानेन etc.
