मंत्रीशः सालिगः शालिवीकमान्वयदीपकः । जाया(s)स्य सुकृतो पायाद् व्यवसायाधिकारिणी । २ । सारसम्यक्तशीलादिगुणा सूहवदेरिति। अनादि गतमिथ्यात्वपरीहारपरायणा ॥३॥ श्रीसूरसुंदरगुरूत्तमसूरिशिष्य पुण्योपदेशमसम् विनिशम्य सम्यक वित्तव्ययं विदधती वसुदेवहिंडेः सालेखयत् प्रथमखंडभक्त्या ॥४॥ छ ।। संपूर्णम् ॥ रसपूर्णाकचंद्रस्य माघस्य सूक्लपक्षयो। द्वादश्यां भृगुवारणे लिषतं नगरं 'विक्रमे '।१॥
