Country paper, brittle and greyish; Devanagari characters with gears; small, legible, uniform and good hand-writing; borders ruled in four lines in black ink; space between the pairs coloured red; foll. numbered in the right hand margin only; mostly unnumbered sides have a small disc in red colour, in the centre; the numbered, in the margins, too; red chalk and yellow pigment used; fol. 1a missing; otherwise complete; edges of some of the foll. slightly worn out; condition tolerably good; this Ms. does not give the text continuonsly; it is rather given in parts; total extent 1746 slokas; the commentary composed in Samvat 1228.
