यत्साधुभिर्म्मधुकरैः परिचुंब्यमानं जीयाच्चिरं सुगुरुराजविकाश्यमानं ॥
अक्षरमात्र पदस्वरहीनं व्यंजन संधिविवर्जितरेषं ।
साधुभिरेष मम क्षमितव्यं । कोऽत्र न मुह्यति शास्त्रसमुद्रे ॥ छ ॥ छ ॥ शुभं क्षेमं कल्याणं । संवत् १६०३ वर्षे भाद्रपद म (सु) दि ५ शनउ ॥
