PREFACE
This is the fifth volume of the Catalogue of Sanskrit and Prakrit manuscripts preserved in the Rajasthan Oriental Research Institute, Jodhpur. Like the previous four volumes, this too has been prepared on the pattern laid down by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, New Delhi.
It contains reference to 1470 works covering accession number from 22146 to 23646. To add to the curiousity of the scholars sitting at a distance, extracts from some thirty manuscripts have been given in the appendices.
All possible care has been taken to avoid printing and other errors. Although negligible in number however, some of them might have crept in due to oversight or errors of print.
Thanks are due to the Manager, Sadhna Press, Jodhpur for printing this volume with keen interest and promptness.
