(Stha 9.22.4) Pindastha Dhyana Meditation based on the corporeal frame of the body-The technique of meditation, in which the concentration of mind is practised by making the parts of body such as head, eye-brows, palate etc. as the supporting centres of focusing the mind on. sariralambi pindastam.. siro-bhru-talu-lalaṭa-mukha-nayana-śravana näsägra-hrdaya-nābhyädi säriralambanāni.
