He prayeth well, who loveth well Both man and bird and beast He prayeth best who loveth best All things both great and small

and that is why a Jaina always says:
खामे मि सव्वजीवे, सव्वे जीवा खमंतु मे।
मित्ती मे सव्वभूएस, वेरं मज्झं न केणइ॥ "I forgive all souls; let all souls forgive me. I am on friendly terms with all; I have no enmity with anybody."
