Legend Vesalinamakundekumara (2) matyadbikarana (sya) 'of the Crown Prince's Minister at the Kunda called Vesali' (?). 6'6" deep. The clay sealing shows only one impression with a square area measuring 1.3/8" to a side. It contains twelve Aksharas and three very archaic symbols. The legend may be read as 'Vesali-anusamyanakatakare. Dr. Spooner interpreted it as (seal of the Vaisali Police at Takara (outpost). The date of the sealing may be assigned to the third century B. C.
