I am glad to know that the Jain Community of India is proudly presenting a big felicitation Volume 'Aastha evam Chintana' on the occasion of completion of 51 years of spiritual crusade of Acharyaratna Shri Deshbhushanaji Maharaj, India's leading Digambara Acharya. This is a noble cause that could be done to a rare spiritual and religious leader of an ancient religion, Jainism I hope that the Volume which will be in the form of an encyclopaedia of Jainology will contain thought-provoking articles besides the contributions made by the Swamiji in weeding out the social evils and religious superstitions as also his administering oaths to millions of people for leading a pious and righteous life. I wish every success in this endeavour.
