1. Introductory
We have noted earlier that the philosophy and spirituality of Śrîmad can be studied mainly on the basis of his writings. Thus it would not be out of place to record some information on the writings of Śrīmad which form the primary source of our research. Further a documentation of his biography particularly, with regard to his personal life, his personality, associates, devotees, his convictions, his Sādhanā etc., may be useful in understanding and appreciating his philosophy and spirituality
