These prayers we bring before the mighty Rudra, the coilbraided smiter of heroes, that there may be safety for the two-footed and the four-footed, and that everything in this village may be healthy and thriving. 49. That friendly form of thine, O Rudra, friendly and ever healing, fiiendly and healing to the stricken: therewith be gracious unto us that we may live! 50.
