(c-iii) Maya Pratyakshyan-refers to that crookedness of the mind which can well be compared to the zigzag course that the current of water takes subsequent to its springing from a fountain-head.

Lobha or Greed is the attitude of mind which makes one cleave to things worldly with a peculiar tenacity as if these were a part and parcel of its own.
