(2) Thinghood (aga)—may be described as the property revealed in and through the relations of the universal and particular in which objects subsist (alaja fa Taifah ai). (3) Substantiality (gala )-means the power of self-preservation constituting the essence or reality ( #q) which is characteristic indication of Dravya. (4) Knowability (ARU)---may be described as the capacity of being known or measured by the means of Valid-knowledge. (5) Subtlety (71799a) --may be described as the capacity of being in the state of irriducible minimum with a maximum intensity (of vibration) defying thought and speech. (6) Extension (a@nca)--may be described as the property of occupying space. (7) Sensibility (aaaa)— may be described as the capacity of responding to stimuli. (8) Insensibility (pana)—may be described as the property incapable of giving any response to a stimulus. 93
