Somatilaka, pupil of Somaprabhasūri Tapâgatchha, was the author of the Navyakshetra-samāsa, Vicharasutra and Saptatrsatasthānaha.36 The last work was composed in V. S. 1387 (A. D 1330-31) The dignity of Sūri was conferred on Somatilaka in the year V. S. 1373. (A. D. 1816-17 ).
