( 52 ) (i) Karpūra-caritra Bhāna (a monologue ) adventures of Karpūra, a gambler. (ii) Rukminipariņaya (īhāmrga) on the marriage of Rukmiņi and Kışņi. (iii) IIūsyacīdāmaņi (a farce). (iv) Tripuradāha ( Dima) on the burning of Tripura by Siva. (v) Kirātīrjuniya (Vyayova) on Arjuna's practice of penance as a kirāta on the llimalayas. The last few folia are damaged. (ri) Samudramuthani (Simavakāra) on the churning of the ocean by gods.
These six Iramas' of Vatsarāja, the minister of Paramardideva of Kulinjar (1165-1203) are found in the palm-leaf collection in the Khetarvasi.
The dramas of Vatsarāja were regarded as classics, as the Sihityadarpanama well known work on rhetorics, refers to Tripuradāla ani Samucira uathana. There is a paper MS of the IIāsymrudūmuni in the Deccan Collection; but all the other five works, as far as my knowledge goes, are new discoveries,
Anarglarūghararahrasyāılarsı—a commentary on Anargharūghava by Devaprabha; the first five acts in the collection of the Singhia are on poper, while the list. 5 acts are in the palm-leaf coll.ction m Kbetalesi; granthungra 7500. There is a ?"ppana on this drama by Mladla: i Naracuda containing 2-50 verses.
