सोमसेनभट्टारकविरचितश्रीलीलायतनं महीकुलगृहं कीर्तिप्रमोदास्पदं,
वाग्देवीरतिकेतनं जयरमाक्रीडानिधानं महत् । स स्यात्सर्वमहोत्सवैकभवनं यः प्रार्थितार्थप्रदं
प्रातः पश्यति कल्पपादपदलच्छायं जिनांघ्रिद्वयम् ॥ ११६ ॥ जो पुरुष प्रातःकाल उठकर मनचाहे फलोंको देनेवाले, कल्पवृक्षोंके पत्तों जैसी लाल कांतिवाले जिनदेवके दोनों चरणोंका अवलोकन करता है वह पुरुष लक्ष्मीके क्रीड़ा करनेका स्थान, पृथिवी पर वंशपरम्पराके रहनेका घर, कीर्ति और आनन्दका स्थान, सरस्वतीका क्रीड़ा-गृह, जयलक्ष्मीके रमण करनेका स्थान और सम्पूर्ण महोत्सवोंका भवन बन जाता है। भावार्थ-जो जिनेन्द्रके चरणोंका प्रातःकाल उठकर दर्शन करता है उसे ये सब सम्पत्तियाँ प्राप्त होती हैं, मनचाही लक्ष्मी मिलती है, उसे सभी जन प्यारकी दृष्टि से देखते हैं, उसकी वंशपरम्परा इस पृथवीका उपभोग करती
धन्यः स एव पुरुषः समतायुतो यः, प्रातः प्रपश्यति जिनेन्द्रमुखारविन्दम् । पूजासुदानतपसि स्पृहणीयचित्तः सेव्यः सदस्सु नृसुरैर्मुनिसोमसेनः ॥११७॥
जो पुरुष समताभावोंसे सबेरे ही जिन भगवानके मुख-कमलका दर्शन करता है और उत्तम, दान-तप-पूजादिमें जिसका चित्त लगा हुआ है वह पुरुप धन्य है । वह सभामें मनुष्यों और देवों द्वारा सेवा किया जाता है । वह सोमसेनमुनि द्वारा भी सेवनीय है ॥ ११७ ॥
प्रातःक्रियेति निर्दिष्टा संक्षेपेण यथागमम् ।
श्रुता मया गुरोरास्यात्करणीया मनीषिभिः ॥११८ ॥ इस अध्यायमें मैने प्रातःकाल संबंधी क्रियाओंका आगमके अनुसार संक्षेपसे कथन किया है। यह क्रियाएँ मैंने अपने गुरुके मुखसे सुनी हैं । बुद्धिमानोंको प्रातःकाल उठ कर ये क्रियाएँ करनी चाहिए ॥ ११८॥
