वातादिसे उपहत हो, नग्न अर्थात् शरीरपर दुपट्टा आदि ओदे हुए न हो; बेहोश होकर उठा हो, वमन करके आया हो, जिसके खून चुचाता हो, जो वेश्या-दानी हो, आधिका हो, पंचश्रमणिका हो, तल मालिश करनेवाली हो, अत्यंत बालक हो, अत्यंत वृद्ध हो, भोजन करती हुई हो, अंधी हो, भीत. आदिके ओटमें खड़ी हो, बिलकुल पासमें बैठी हो, अपनेसे ऊंचे स्थानमें बैठी हो, जो अमि जला रही हो, अनि फूकः रही हो, भस्मसे अमि बुझा रही हो, लीप रही हो, स्नान कर रही हो, स्तनपान करते बालकको छोड़कर आई हो, तथा जो जातिच्युत हो । तात्पर्य-ऐसी हो या पुरुषके हाथका आहार लेना दायक-दोप है ॥ ११५ ॥ . . . .
