पहले पहल वायुकुमार, मेघकुमार, अग्निकुमार, वास्तुदेवता और नागकुमारकी पूजा करे । पश्चात् क्षेत्रपाल, गुरु, पितर और बाकीके देवोंकी उनकी पूजाविधिके अनुसार पूजन करे । तथा अर्हन्त, सिद्ध, आचार्य, उपाध्याय, और सर्वसाधु तथा श्रुतदेवताकी युक्तिपूर्वक पूजा कर पुण्याहवाचन पढ़े ॥ १२० ॥ १२१ ॥

चक्रत्रयं दक्षिणेऽस्मिन वामे छत्रत्रयं यजेत् । पूर्णकुम्भं पुरोभागे यक्षयक्ष्यौ च पार्श्वयोः ॥ १२२ ॥
जिन भगवान के दक्षिणकी ओर स्थापित चक्रत्रयकी, बाई ओर छत्रत्रयकी, सामने पूर्ण कुंभों की और दोनों पसवाड़ोंकी ओर विराजमान यक्ष, यक्षियोंकी पूजा करे ॥ १२२ ॥
कुण्डस्य पूर्वभागे तु दर्भासनेऽवरे मुखः ।
पद्मासनं समाश्रित्य पूजाद्रव्यं तु विन्यसेत् ॥ १२३ ॥
होम द्रव्यप्रदानाय शिष्यवर्गे नियोजयेत् । मौनं व्रतं समादाय ध्यायेच्च परमेश्वरम् ॥

होमकुंडकी पूर्वदिशामें रक्खे हुए दर्भके आसनपर पश्चिम की ओर मुख कर पद्मासन से बैठे और अपने पास में पूजाद्रव्यको रक्खे | होमद्रव्यको देनेके लिए शिष्योंकी नियोजना करे ( शिष्य न हों तो स्वयं करे ) और मौनव्रत लेकर परमात्माका ध्यान करे || १२३ ॥ १२४ ॥
जिनेंद्रमर्घ्यदानेन परात्मानं च तर्पयेत् ।
मध्येकुण्डं सुगन्धेन विलिखेदग्निमण्डलम् ॥ १२५ ॥ ' . सम्पूज्य होमकुण्डं तमग्निं सन्धुक्षयेत्परम् । नूतनानिर्भवेद्योग्यो होमसन्धुक्षणे तदा ॥ १२६ ॥
जिनेन्द्रको अर्ध देकर उनका तर्पण करे । कुंडके मध्यभागमें सुगन्ध द्रव्यसे अग्निमंडल लिखे । पश्चात् होमकुंडकी पूजा कर उसमें अग्नि जलावे । उस समय होमद्रव्यके जलाने में ताजा अनि ठीक रहती है ॥ १२५ ॥ १२६ ॥
दर्भपूलं पवित्रं तु रक्तवस्त्रेण वेष्टितम् ।
तेन सञ्ज्चालयेत्कुण्डं स्वमन्त्रेण ससर्पिषा ॥ १२७ ॥
शुद्ध दर्भके पूले पर रक्त वस्त्र लपेट कर उससे और घृतसे मंत्रोच्चारण पूर्वक कुण्डमें अि जलावे ॥ १२७ ॥
