Bhavan's Collection became known all over the world within ten years of establishment. In the year 1913, an exhibition of Bhavan's collection was organised at Varanası by its sister institution on the occasion of Three Day Ninth Annual Function of Sri Syādpada Mahāyıdvalava A galaxy of persons from India and abroad who participated in the function greatly appreciated the collection. Mention may specially be made of Pt. Gopal Das Baraiya, Lala Bhagavan Din, Pt. Arjunlal Sethi, Suraj Bhan Vakıl, Dr. Satish Chandra Vidyabhusan, Prof Heraman Jacobi of Germany, Prof Jems from United States of America, Ajit Prasad Jain, and Brabmachari Shital Prasad A similar exhibition was organised in Calcutta in 1915 Among the visitors mention may be made of Sir Asutosh Mukherjee, Shri Aurvind Nath Tegore, Sir John woodruf and Sarat Chandra Ghosal

Thanks to the foresight of the founders that they could conceive of an Institution which became a prestigious heritage of the country in general and of the Jainas in particular. The palm leaf MSS in Kannada scripts or rendered into Devanagari on paper are valuable assets of the collection It is undoubtedly accepted that a manuscipt is more valuable than an icon or Architectural set-up An icon may be restalled and similarly an Architectural set-up can be re-built, but if even a piece of any Ms is lost, it is lost for ever It is how plenty of ancient works have been lost It is why the followers of Jainism paid a thoughtful consideration to preserye
