There is a proverb: "Our minds are shaped boy the food we eat". As a contrast to the man who cats meat, the man who eats vegetarian food entertains noble thoughts. If a person cats umboly fool, his thoughts and actions will also be unholy.
After cating food, an ascetic fell asleep and on seeing this, his mentor got a loubt. When an enquiry was made from which sait's house, the food haul bech brought, he found out that it was stale fool. The sait had given away to the ascetic the foord that he hand brought from the temple. If we cat stale and low food the mind also grow's lull and low. The dog Ways its tail when it cats pieces of bread; aut clephant cats food to its satisfaction, with dignity. Society will not acquire spiritual elevation by giving away food that has been obtained from temples. Society can attain spiritual olevation only by giving away food that has been carned by hard work.
