Here was born another son Valkalchiri by name. Subsequently this cary prince securess Omniscience. Somchandra as a recluse is converted and accepts initiation also before the Revered feet of Lord Mahavira. Prasannachandra too follows suit. As a result of austere penance he was styted a Rajarshi ( a royal sage) and he ultimately seeks Holy Omniscience.
Shvetambu-This was the chief city of the region called Kaikayardha in Bhartavarshled of Jambudvipa. Here rubd King Pradeshi, the most simple person, whose hands were incessantly coverd with blood in battles entirely regardless of merit or sin and completely negligent of the other world, Jetahatru was the ruler of Shvetämbi. As a result of the association of Chitrasarthi a minister of King Pradeshi, this king was converted to Jain faith Some time after, His Lordship Gandhar Keshi by name of Lord Parshvanath time happened to be there and the king had a discussion with him. The discussion related to the themes named the other world and the spirit. This is wholly recorded in Rajaprasheniya sutra. The king was converted and accepted the enhortations. His chief Queen administered poison secretly in his meals and he breathed his last quickly and peacefully.
Apapa (Pavapuri) Hastipal ruled in this city. Having got the golden chance of listening to the last exhortations of Lord Mahavir he was converted. He sought initiation and secured Final Redemption. This city is now called Pavapuri. It was the celestial beings that styled it Pavapuri, because it was here that Lord Mahavir got Absolution. The Pävapuri in Gujarat is different from this.
