Having enjoyed divine pleasures in Acyuta Déva-loka the soul of Skandaka Agagâra, will be born in Mahā VidéhaKsétra, as a human being, and having destroyed all his remaining Karmas, he will attain Moksa Pada (the State of Final Emancipation.*
