Infinite Samay = 1 Avalika 256 Avalika = 1 Kshulakbhav (smallest possibie lifespan) 3825 Avalika = 1 second 16777216 Avalika = 1 Muhurat 48 minutes = 2 Ghadi = 1 Muhurat 30 Muhurat = 1 Ahoratra = 1 day and night (24 hours) 15 days and nights = 1 fortnight 2 fortnights = 1 month 2 months = 1 season 3 seasons = 1 Ayan 12 months = 1 year 5 years = 1 Yug 84 lakh years = 1 Purvang 84 lakh Purvang = 1 Purva 1 Purva = 70,560,000,000,000 years 1 Yojan = 8 miles or 12 kilometres 1 Palyopam = The time required to completely empty a well of volume 1 cubic Yojan tightly filled to the brim with the tiniest bits of hair which are put at the rate of 1 hair every 100 years. 1000 trillion (10 Crore x Crore) 10 Croda Crodi Palyopam = 1 Sagaropam 1000 trillion Sagaropam = 1 Avsarpinikaal 1000 trillion Sagaroparn = 1 Utsarpinikaal 2000 trillion Sagaropam = 1 Kaalchakra 1 Utsarpinikaal + 1 Avsarpinikaal = 1 Kaalchakra = one cycle of time Infinite Kaalchakra = 1 Pudgal Paravartan Kaal The past and the future consist of infinite Pudgal Paravartan Kaal. (Such is the unimaginably infinite extent of time.)
