Nandishwar dvipa is the eighth island of the Middle World. It has fifty-two eternal temples. These temples have four eternal Tirthankar idols: Rishabhadev, Chandranan, Varishena, and Vardhaman. After the birth celebration of Tirthankar at Mount Meru, heavenly
beings visit Nandishwar dvipa, continuing the celebration.
