Healthy Sweets - sparingly such as plain dark chocolate Supplements - Daily Vitamins Coffee /Tea - 1-2 cups a day Healthy Herbs & Spices - unlimited White, Green, Herbal Turmeric, cinnamon, chili etc. 00 Whole Soy Foods - 1 - 2 a Day Edamame, soy, nuts, soy milk, tofu, tempeh Healthy Fats - 3-4 a day olive oil, canola oil, nuts, avocados, seeds etc. Whole Cracked Grains - 3 - 5 a Day Wheat, Rice, Multigrain etc. Beans and Legumes - 1-2 a day Kidney beans, lima beans, lentils etc. Vegetables - 4 - 5 a Day minimum Both raw & cooked, from all color spectrum organic if possible Fruits - 3 - 4 a day Fresh in season or frozen, organic when possible
