Respecting and Saluting our true spiritual teachers (Acharyas, Upadhyays, and Sadhus.) Prati means back, Kraman means go, Subdue our ego, control our passions, advance spiritually, to go back, review, confess, and repent for bad thought/action Stop the influx of karma, detaches us from the external world, concentrating on the feeling that the soul is separate from our body. Experience the self and not the body, reduce attachment, abandon things harmful to the soul, accept things beneficial to the soul, disengage from worldly objects Michhaami Dukkadan-Beg for Forgiveness: At the end of Pratikraman we become such soft hearted that we are ready to beg for forgiveness.
