5. Parigrah
Possessiveness and Excessiveness Parigrah is excessive desire to possess or accumulate more than what one needs or deserves.
Excessive desire for food, money, praise etc is excessiveness by the action of
mind.
Accumulating more and more is excessiveness
by the action
of body.
Speaking to collect more praise, food or objects than one deserves is excessiveness by use of speech.
