(here also). Thus the satikâgni is to be kept through one year. After the lapse of that year one should sacrifice every month on the domestic fire as long as his life lasts. As it is said " in the domestic fire," the sûtikagni is not to be kept any longer.' Nårâyana.
26, 1. This chapter is not found in the Sâmbavya-Grihya, and Narayana expressly designates it as kshepaka khanda. It is a sort of appendix to the Sätras 25, 5. 6; a sacrifice having there been prescribed to three Nakshatras with their presiding deities, an enumeration of the Nakshatras and deities is here given.
