3. Partnership. 1. The common undertakings of partners in business; 2. sacrifices offered by officiating priests; 3. tolls.
4. Resumption of gift. 1. What may be given; 2. what may not be given; 3. valid gifts; 4. invalid gifts.
5. Breach of a contract of service. 1.
