________________ Räjgeetä denotes one's nature, Vibhäv would stand for unnatural and is generally interpreted as such. But that is not the right interpretation. Had it been right, the soul could not be conceived of indulging in Vibhäv, because nothing can go against its own nature. Vibhäv is therefore interpreted here as an attribute of soul, which is beyond (not against) its nature, but which soul is capable of indulging in. If one does not go beyond, he stays within his nature. In other words, his tendency flows within and it does not result in acquisition of Karma. (122) Explanation & Discussion: The pupil continues with third and fourth Fundamentals. He says that soul can be treated as Kartä in some respect. The pure soul is absolute consciousness, which stays tuned to its property of merely knowing and witnessing. Had it been devoid of any activity in its pure state, it would be turned into lifeless matter. Staying tuned to its nature is therefore the lasting activity of soul.
