R O O xPEN (9) Bhritak Preshyarambh Varjan Pratima—lIn this O O FAC Pratima, the follower observes the code andrestraints of all the WE O O TST earlier Pratimas. But does not avoid the food brought for him or DITA O O VAN the food specifically prepared for him. He does not prepare food A D NTO himselfnor gets it prepared. But he has not avoided appreciating O A P N D TO or consenting to those who have prepared food (involving O N A T DYE TO violence), This Pratima is observed for a period of one, two or O R TA three days and the maximum period is nine months. RYT O O 7 DIL TO (10) Uddisht Bhakt Varjan Pratima—In this Pratima O *& EA A OT while observing the code of previous Pratimas, the practitioner OI T N FA strictly avoids food prepared for him. When asked he speaks only INIA O O this—“I know or I do not knowit.” He does not give any order, BNA 5 O 9) consultation or consent to any worldly activity. The minimum ENT O } time-period of this Pratima is one, two or three days and the INE O $ maximum time-period is ten months. E E O 4 (11) Shramanbhoot Pratima—The practitioner of this L B O practice strictly follows the restraints of all the Pratimas. I D O He gets his head clean-shaved with razor or removesthe hair by EWS hand if he is able to do so. He dresses himself like a monk. O He takes the pots of a monk and observesthe code ofNirgranth RYE. O s monks without even partial transgression.
