तेसि णं वयरामयाणं अक्खाडगाणं बहुमज्झदेसभागे पत्तेयं पत्तेयं मणिपेढिया पण्णत्ता, ताओ णं मणिपेढियाओ अट्ट जोयणाई आयाम-विक्खंभेणं, चत्तारि जोयणाई बाहल्लेणं,
सव्वमणिमईओ अच्छाओ जाव पडिरूवाओ। ___ तासि णं मणिपेढियाणं उवरि पत्तेयं पत्तेयं सीहासणे पण्णत्ते, सीहासणवण्णओ सपरिवारो।
तेसि णं पेच्छाघरमंडवाणं उवरिं अट्ठट्ठ मंगलगा झया छत्तातिछत्ता।
१६५. उन प्रेक्षागृह मडपों के रमणीय समचौरस भूमिभाग के ठीक मध्य में एक-एक वज्र रत्नमय अक्षपाटक (मंच-अखाडा) बना है। __उन वज्र रत्नमय अक्षपाटकों के भी बीचोंबीच आठ योजन लम्बी-चौडी, चार योजन मोटी और विविध प्रकार के मणि-रत्नों से निर्मित, निर्मल यावत् असाधारण सुन्दर एक-एक मणिपीठिकाएँ (मणिजडित चौकियों) बनी हुई हैं।
उन मणिपीठिकाओं के ऊपर एक-एक सिंहासन है। भद्रासनों आदि आसनों रूपी परिवार सहित उन सिंहासनों का वर्णन करना चाहिए। ___ उन प्रेक्षागृह मडपों के ऊपर आठ-आठ मंगल, ध्वजायें, छत्रातिछत्र सुशोभित हो रहे हैं।
___165. Exactly in the beautiful square mid-portion of the pavilion material of the house for spectators there is a jewelled verandah (gymnasium) for spectators.
A jewelled platform beautiful and unique is in the midst of each Vajra jewelled verandah and it is 8 yojans long, 8 yojans wide and 94 yojans thick. They are made of gems of various types and clean.
A seat is constructed on each of the jewelled platform. The description of the seats (simhasan) may be understood similar to that of Bhadrasen and others.
Eight auspicious symbols, flags and umbrella one above the other meant for spectators are increasing their grandeur of the pavilion. स्तूप-वर्णन
