उन्हें जिस दिशा में चाहें मोड कर सुसंस्कृत बनाया जा सकता। उनके संस्कार रहित होने का ॐ अर्थ यह है कि वे सुसंस्कार से भी अछूते हैं। जैसे खान से निकले रल के टुकडों को तराश कर + चमका कर मोहक रत्न बनाया जाता है वैसे ही संस्कार रहित श्रोता को संस्कारित कर ज्ञान
मार्ग की ओर प्रेरित किया जा सकता है। 9 Elaboration--The naive and impressionable listeners as well as
those who are rustic but simple can be turned in any desired direction and made cultured. Their being rustic or uncultured means
