I could not enjoy the childhood plays of even one of them. Even this Krsna comes to me after six months for reverence, but in hurry In this world, really happy and fateful are those mothers, the sons (child) born from their own wombs, greedy for sucking the milk of their breasts, lisping sirectly. babbling and pattling, moving to their armpits from where the breasts arose up, give a sisting in their laps having them by lotus-like hands, give sweet talks and pleasing words. Definitely, I am hapless, meritless and successless; because I have not even visualized the childhood plays of any one of my seven sons. Thus Devaki, putting her check on her palm, drowned in sorrowful thoughts with frustrated mind and hopes.
सूत्र १७:
इमं च णं कण्हे वासुदेवे ण्हाए जाब विभूसिए देवईए देवीए पायवंदए हव्यमागच्छइ ! तए णं से कण्हे वासुदेवे देवइं देविं पासइ पासित्ता देवईए देवीए पायग्गहणं करेइ करित्ता देवइं देवि एवं वयासीअण्णया णं अम्मो ! तुब्भे ममं पासित्ता हट्ठ जाव भवह, किण्णं अम्मो ! अज्ज तुब्भे ओहय मण संकप्पा जाव झियायह । तए णं सा देवई देवी कण्हं वासुदेवं एवं वयासी-एवं खलु अहं पुत्ता ! सरिसए जाव नलकुब्बर समाणे सत्त पुत्ते पयाया । णो चेव णं मए एगस्स वि बालत्तणे अणुभूए । तुम पि य णं पुत्ता ! ममं छह-छह मासाणं अंतियं हव्यमागच्छसि, तं
धण्णाओ णं ताओ, अम्मयाओ जाव झियामि । सूत्र १७:
देवकी इस प्रकार उदास होकर बैठी थी कि उसी समय वहाँ श्रीकृष्ण वासदेव स्नान कर यावत् वस्त्र अलंकारों से विभूषित होकर देवकी माता
