He went in the midst of them and offered the pot to the saint and said, "I have brought sweets... especially for you... please accept this gift. I do not come every day because I am not a believer, but today, I have come for you so please accept my gift." If one receives a gift amidst so many people, and when it is opened if there is dirt and mud inside! What an insult it would be for the saint! What would everyone think? A saint receives such gifts!
