Ratnakara Author, in Samvat 1771, of the Jayasinhakalpadruma. See Aufrecht's Oxford Catalogue, p. 285, where Jayasinha's descent from Manasinha, through Jagatsinha, Mahasinha, Jayasinha, Ramasinha, Krishnasinha and Vishnasinha, is given from the prasasti of this book. Vishnusinha was the father of Jayasinha, the patron of our author. Ratnakara was the son of Devabhatta and belonged to the Sandilya Gotra. 6, 2.
