Samantabhadra
His Devagamastotra praised. 4, 157. Pathak (J. B. B. R. A. S. XVIII, p. 218), has shown that Samantabhadra is referred to by Kumarila. The Devagamastotra is an introduction to the Gandhahastimahabhashya, Samantabhadra's commentary on the Tattvartha of Umasvati. According to Pathak Samantabhadra was the author also of the Yuktyanusasana, the Ratnakarandaka, the Svayambhustotra and a Jinasataka. Of these the Ratnakarandaka, otherwise called the Upasakadhyayana, is in my Collection of 186-92 (Two copies Nos. 1402 and 1470). 4, 138.
