Mallisheņa sari
Author of a commentary, which he called Syâdvâdamanjari, on Hemachandra's hymn in thirty-two verses (and therefore called Dvâtrinsikâ) in praise of Vardhamana (correct my entry). He was the pupil of Udayaprabhasûri (write so in v. 6). He composed this commentary in Saka 1214. He acknowledges assistance given by Jinabhadra. 3, App. p. 207.
Managiri
(Arya Mahâgiri). Arya Mahâgiri and Arya Suhastin, according to Haribhadra, were two brothers originally called Jayaśreshțin and Vasubbûti. 3, App. p. 46. These teachers are No. 10 and 11 in the Kbaratara gachchha with Klatt. Ind. Ant. XI. p. 246.

Author of a ţippani on Bâņa's Kadambari. 2, p. 121.
Mahimachandra
Mentioned as the pupil of Padmachandra and guru of Rajavallabha the author of the Chitrasenapadmavaticharitra. 3, App. p. 215.
Mahendraprabha suri
Mentioned as the pupil of Sinhatilaka and guru of Merutunga in the Anchala gachchha. 3, App. 220. In the Anchalagachhapattâvalî his dates are given as follows:-Birth, Samvat 1363 : dikshâ in Vijayapur, Samvat 1375: âchâryapada in Anahillapattana, Samvat 1393 : gachchhanayakapada, in Cambay, Samvat 1398: death Samvat 1444.
Mahendrasinha
Mentioned as pupil of Dharmaghosha and guru of Sinhaprabha. In the Anchalagachchhapattâ valî his dates are given as follows:-Birth, Samvat 1228 : dîkshâ, Samvat 1237 : âchâryapada, Samvat 1263: death, Samvat 1309. 3, App: p. 220.
