Canonical Literature of Svetambers
There are 45 texts namely 11 Angas (the oldest parts of the canon), 12 Upangas, 10 Prakirnas (Paina), 6 Chhedasutras, 2 independent texts and 4 Mulsutras, as follows:
Angas (Limbs): 1. Acharanga Sutra, 2. Sutrakrutanga, 3. Sthananga,
Samavayamga, 5. Bhagawati Vyakhya Pragnapti, 6. Gnatadharmakathah, 7. Upashakdashashah, 8. Antakruddasah, 9. Anuttaraupapatikadasah, 10. Prasna Vyakaranani, 11. Vipaka-Srutam and 12. Drishtivada.
Upangas (Secondary limbs) These were written by sthvir acharyas (elder) for the understanding of the main Agamas: 1. Uvvaiya (Aupaptika), 2. Rayapasenaijja (Raj Prashniya), 3. Jivajivabhigama, 4.
