VIVEKACŪDĀMANI
The knowledge "I am Devadatta" does not depend on anything else. Likewise is the cognition: 'I am Brahman' for the Brahmavit (for one who has known i.e., realised Brahman).

। bhānuneva jagat sarvam bhāsate yasya tejasă | anātmakam asat tuccham kim nu tasyāvabhāsakam 11
What can be there to manifest that by whose lustre, as of the sun, shines all that is the anātman, asat ( unreal) and insignificant?

vedaśāstrapurāṇāni bhūtāni sakalānyapi | yenarthavanti tam kim nu vijñātāram prakāśayet ||
What can illumine that supreme Knower by whom the Vedas, the Purānas and all the things that are originated become significant?

eşa svayamjyotir anantaśaktir
ātmā prameyah sakalānubhūtih । yameva vijñāya vimuktabandhaḥ
jayatyayam brahmaviduttamottamaḥ ||
This is self-effulgent ātman, of infinite power, beyond intellectual comprehension, yet experienced by every one. Realising it, freed from bondage lives happily the superlatively eminent Brahmavit.
