________________ Aryikās: The Digambara Sadhvis 665 - caturviṁśatistava; - three avartas, one sironati; - pañcamahāgurubhakti, sung in vandanamudrā; - alocană (of the preceding bhakti); · pañcānga-namaskāra; - three avartas, one sironati; - sāmāyika-sutra; - three ävartas, one sironati; - kāyotsarga; - pañcānga-namaskāra; - three avartas, one sironati; - caturviṁśatistava; - three avartas, one śironati; - laghu-samādhibhakti; - alocană (of the preceding bhakti); - dhyāna. We have here a harmony between the texts, recited or sung, and the gestures, postures and bodily demeanour, with the performance of kāyotsarga introducing a short regular cessation of all movement for a few moments of dhyāna.
