Mind The mind is that fierce, unruly and dreadful horse which runs hither and thither in all directions. I control it by the discipline of Dharma so that it becomes a well-trained steed.
अशांत मन जैसे बंदर क्षणभर भी शान्त होकर नहीं बैठ सकता, वैसे ही मन भी विषय-वासना मूलक संकल्प-विकल्प से हटकर क्षणभर के लिए भी शान्त नहीं होता।
Unstill Mind Just as a monkey cannot sit still even for a single moment, so also the mind cannot remain free from evil thoughts even for a single moment.
