Mind, which clings to formis, looks upon anyone who goes out of the form or the norm as its foe.
This is how religious people who claim to love harmony bring instead disharmony. This is why wars are still fought in the name of God or land or ideology. Always the world of forins creates some kind of friction; one sees there the collision of minds... .
Even the psychic experience is a creation of mind. Though it may be called a spiritual experience and though it may appear in a subtle form, still it is an interplay of matter. It is in the kingdom of mind. Mind is still governing, operating, and controlling.
