With this Volume containing the collected papers of Prof. A. M. Ghatage, this Centre inaugurates its Series for publishing the collected research papers and articles by eminent scholars in the field of Indology/ Jainology. We hope that the academics in the research fields in which Prof. Ghatage had worked for long decades (and is still working) will find it a useful book for reference.
