the Nandīsūtra, these Angabāhya canons have been further subdivided into Avaśyaka (Essential) and Āvaśyakavyatirikta (Other than essential). The Āvaśyakavyatirikta canonical works have again been divided into Kālika (Timely studiable scriptures) and Utkālika (Anytime studiable scriptures). This classification, as per the Nandīsūtra is as follows! :
